Integration is a need that almost all organisations face. Based on various integration projects, you might need more support tomorrow but then it might calm down. For this, we offer you Integration as a Service. But what is Integration as a Service? Lucas Laumans, Enterprise Integration Consultant and Country Manager for Rojo’s Spanish branch answered some questions to explain Integration as a Service better from the Software as a Service (SaaS) perspective.
What is the main problem SaaS companies face when it comes to integration?
SaaS companies have a very good understanding of the services and the underlying technology they offer to their customers within the domain they are operating in. But they face challenges when they need to step out their domain and move into the world of integration. The number of customers they can onboard to their platform is infinite and so are the number of systems they use and customizations they might have implemented. Connecting all these specific scenarios requires the right type of technology, experience and expertise.
How does integration as a service work for small and larger companies?
Our integration as-a-service proposition allows your organisation to benefit from all the advantages of being integrated, without having to invest in your own resources and technology. We bring the technology, experience and expertise to build, run and monitor your integrations.
Is my SaaS solution in an industry that you cover?
Our solutions are industry agnostic. Our global team of experts works in the integration domain on a daily basis, and we build, run and monitor integrations across different industries, countries and company sizes.
My business is based in Europe; do I need 24/7 monitoring?
Depending on your business needs we offer different support models. Integrations never sleep, and many organisations run part of their integration outside of regular business hours, e.g. to reduce the burden on the productive system. Together, we determine which technology, architecture and support model fits best with your organisation.
How does the pricing work? Do you offer discounts or can I set up a cap?
Our pricing is based on two components. We have a pricing model for the development of your integrations, which is based on the anticipated workload to build, test and release the solution to production. This is a one-time fee per integration. To run your integrations, we charge based on transaction volume. Depending on the volume and the preferred service level, we quote an attractive price.
I’m an end customer, can I use Rojo’s integration as a service and if yes, how?
Yes, if you are in need of an integration solution, we are here to help. We provide support across the world, across industries and help company of any size.
