Challenged by Centraal Beheer’s key players, the students, professional developers, and IoT experts were put to the test to come up with a prototype for a new insurance product or service. The key themes were; Smart home, family connectivity, mobility, and the elderly and security.
After 24 gruelling hours of hacking, each team pitched their idea in front of the jury. Teams Rojo and Achmea showcased their unique capabilities and aimed to inspire the new talent. With suspense building, the jury finally reached their verdict, handing out checks of €500 and €2000 to second and first place student teams.
