Chat bots for SAP can be packaged for each industry specific business use case. User can activate the required voice or chat package and start communicating. This feature could further ease the process for users to handle sap process in natural communication way. Combination of SAP + Chat bots + IoT and machine learning will create a wider perspective in handling the business applications to make it effective.
In my sample example I have developed an chatbot using google assistant which triggers the SAP HR leave approval process. I have deployed it using SAP on premise gateway service but it can be deployed over HANA cloud as well.
